New Music Saturdays

Beginning Saturday, August 4th, Casino Nova Scotia Sydney and Music Nova Scotia will present New Music Saturdays, an opportunity for new and upcoming artists to take the stage at one of the most exciting live music venues in Atlantic Canada.

The goal for New Music Saturdays is to celebrate and promote new local music while giving artists the opportunity to build their fanbase, take advantage of a new venue, and play their hearts out to a Saturday night crowd in the heart of Cape Breton.

Music Nova Scotia is looking for artists to program this new series. You must be a member in good standing to apply for a performance slot. To submit , please fill out the webform below. For inquiries, please contact Joshua Pothier at joshua@musicnovascotia.ca.

When: Every Saturday starting August 4, 2012
Where: Casino Nova Scotia Sydney - Ceilidh Room stage
Showtime: 9PM - 1AM
Programming: Three Music Nova Scotia members per night, ranging from new members to seasoned pros.
