We are an original rock power trio (L.A. Speedway) seeking a bassist to pick up the slack where we left off so we can get back to business performing, writing, recording, and touring eventually! We moved to Halifax from Calgary a few months ago and were ready for anything! We played a few shows with good turnouts and reviews. We had to part ways with our bassist for different reasons but life goes on! We are dynamite tight with crazy chemistry!  The only thing we need to get it back is the right bassist added to the mix!  We are an original band all the way but we are totally open to learning a pile of choice covers to increase our set list to be versatile for different venues/functions. We come from a pretty classic rock, bluesy influence with a hint of stoner metal and somehow the slightest drop (maybe just enough) of pop. We are pretty rough around the edges, pretty dirty, pretty sexy sounding rock & roll. We are in our 20's and are full of drive, energy, creativity, spunk, and HUNGER!  We know how to blow the roof off and we also know how to play a pretty lil' love song! we have a good sense of timing, tone, dynamics, and an over all understanding of music!
